Hai District Commissioner Norman Sigalla joins the corruption bandwagon!!

As you read this post, Benjamin Mengi continues to destroy Silverdale and Mbono Farms in Hai. He is cutting down the remaining trees, he has uprooted and failed to maintain coffee, he has destroyed infrastructure, he is destroying the land with his cattle and goats, ignoring a Foot & Mouth disease quarantine order and is mining sand from the river bank in fact he is raping the natural environment and is committing criminal trespass and theft as he is occupying the farms illegally.

In a recent survey on behalf of the government, Hai District Commissioner Norman Sigalla inspected all farms in the area. The President was very cross to hear that many of the farms taken by investors were not being cared for and used for coffee.

Not a problem for Mengi it seems, Sigalla has inspected Silverdale and Mbono Farms and given them a 'GOOD' rating thus keeping Mengi's unlawful occupation safe.
