THE SILVERDALE CASE

This is the story of British investors Stewart Middleton and Sarah Hermitage driven from Tanzania by violence, abuse and intimidation instigated by Benjamin Mengi which included a vicious defamation campaign by IPP Media a powerful media house owned by his brother Reginald Mengi. Reginald Mengi sued Sarah Hermitage for Libel in London in 2010 for posts in this Blog. On 30th November 2012 the High Court ruled that Reginald Mengi was complicit in his brother’s corruption and intimidation.

WHAT'S YOUR PROBLEM IN BRINGING THE CORRUPTION IN THE SILVERDALE CASE TO COURT MR HOSEAH?

In 2008, Edward Hoseah told the British government that a report commissioned into the Silverdale Farm case revealed that the lawful leaseholder of Silverdale Farm was British investor Stewart Middleton and Silverdale Tanzania Ltd and that Mengi had no interest in the farm. The report was sent to President Kikwete. No one spoke to the investor's in the making of the report. Kikwete did nothing to apply the rule of law to the corruption in the case!!! He obviously ignored the report. Mengi invaded the farm in December 2008, broke into the investor's house, stole his property and chased off his staff and watchmen. He remains there today running a business and renting the farm to local farmers.
