“UK aid is reparation for colonial exploits”
In a bizarre outburst opposition M.P. for Tanzanian Chadema Zitto Zuberi Kabwe (currently representing Kigoma North Constituency and Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Public Investments) states that British Tax payers money is reparation for colonial exploits.
The incident followed a Twitter conversation where Kabwe twittering to colleagues was referred to an article entitled “is UK Aid Fuelling Corruption in Tanzania” http://in2eastafrica.net/tanzania-is-uk-aid-fuelling-corruption/
Kabwe Tweeted the following comments:-

Kabwe for reasons known only to himself given he has never met or spoken to Sarah Hermitage then fired off a serious of abusive Tweets stating UK aid was reparation for colonial exploits and that Tanzania could do without it.
The Tweeted conversation shown below, shows that Kabwe seems to have an obsession with Reginald Mengi and the Silverdale Farm case. At no time in the article in question were either of these issue mentioned. For what reason therefore would Zitto Kabwe, a man that states he is an anti corruption Guru would have for making such an unprovoked, vindictive and vicious attack on Sarah Hermitage given he has never met or spoken to her?
