PRIME Minister Mizengo Pinda has advised Members of Parliament to refrain from uttering statements that may scare away would-be investors to Tanzania or cause conflicts between them and the "wananchi." (public).
It seems O.K. however, to harass, intimidate, unlawfully imprison them and their staff to use instruments of the State against them to destroy their investment and their commercial contracts and then despite the law of the land dismiss them as ‘bad investors’ or in fact deny they ever existed in the country.
