Prime Minister Mizengo Pinda has said outdated land laws and budgetary constraints are major impediments to efforts by Tanzania to transform agriculture into more profitable business.
(read article here)
Has Mr. Pinda thought that perhaps, the theft of investors farms, failure to uphold the rule of law, abuse harassent unlawful imprisonment and intimidation from state agencies may have something to do with lack of investor confidence and investment in agriculture in Tanzania?
The above savagery by Benjamin Mengi by ignoring a quarantine order and leaving his dead cattle left around the house of investors Stewart Middelton and Sarah Hermitage in order to harass and intimidate them whilst the police did nothing may just lead investors to beleive there is no law in Tanzania not just Land Law!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
