The question for Reginald Mengi is "What do you expect them to do ?". The truth is when the going gets tough the entire system turns against them. Where are they expected to turn when the rule of law does not exist any more. Investors would rather run away than face humiliation, persecution and extortive corruption.

By all means local investors should be encouraged or made the rule of law.

To an investor the statement shows a total lack of professionalism, good education and disregard for the ethics of journalism.
