THE SILVERDALE CASE

This is the story of British investors Stewart Middleton and Sarah Hermitage driven from Tanzania by violence, abuse and intimidation instigated by Benjamin Mengi which included a vicious defamation campaign by IPP Media a powerful media house owned by his brother Reginald Mengi. Reginald Mengi sued Sarah Hermitage for Libel in London in 2010 for posts in this Blog. On 30th November 2012 the High Court ruled that Reginald Mengi was complicit in his brother’s corruption and intimidation.

TANZANIA INVESTMENT CENTER AND PCCB COMMENT ON THE 'SILVERDALE FARM CASE'

Tanzania Investment Centre (TIC) executive director, Emmanuel Ole Naiko stated to the British government:-

'The Silverdale Farm Case makes me sick to my stomach, why isn't something being done about this case'?

Edward Hoseah of Tanzania's Prevention and Combating of Corruption Bureau (PCCB) stated to the British government that a report on the Silverdale Farm case commissioned by the PCCB revealed that :-

'...............the lease to Silverdale & Mbono Farms lawfully belongs to British investors Stewart Middleton and Sarah Hermitage and that Benjamin Mengi had engaged in corruption regarding the case...'

So what is stopping you putting this right?
